Drive In Pallet Racking is the most economical high density pallet rack system designed for high volume SKU's. Increase density by 75% over selective pallet rack. Maximize the space in your warehouse with drive in racking. It is closed at one end, allowing for last in,first out (LIFO) storage. Forklift enters the rack and picks pallets off the rails. It is available in up to 20 pallets deep by 4-7 pallets high.Unit loads are comprised of the product to be stored and any additional elements required to move and store this product (pallets and containers). These bases have different shapes and are made of different types of materials: Wooden pallets. Metal or plastic pallets.Special considerations must be taken into account when providing load storage on plastic or metal bases and containers.These considerations must be clearly identified and firmly established prior to the installation' s design.Additional measures might well be necessary, which may result in higher system maintenance.
High - density storage
Pallets are stored in the depth direction on the support rails, one after another, making high - density storage possible. Compared with pallet racks, the warehouse utilization rate can reach about 80%, and the space utilization rate of the warehouse can be increased by more than 30%. It is one of the racks with high storage efficiency.
Convenient forklift operation
It allows forklifts (or unmanned forklifts) to drive into the passageway to access goods. Goods are accessed from the same side of the rack. Forklifts can easily drive into the middle of the rack to access goods, without occupying multiple passageways.
Optimized space utilization
By eliminating the aisles between rows of racks, the racks are combined together, connecting the goods on the same floor and in the same column, maximizing the utilization rate of the storage capacity. In the same space, it has almost twice the storage capacity of the usual beam - type racks.
